Exactly one year ago I wore the crown that made me the ultimate winner and gave me the opportunity to become an environmental advocate with the capacity to spread a message of hope to humanity about the serious issue that we face around the world which is climate change! Being a beauty queen for one year wearing a crown didn’t just meant looking physically perfect, it brought together many responsibilities, unforgettable memories, tough challenges and hard work where I had to wipe out my tears and held my head up high. None of this would’ve been possibly without the help of my faith to God, my family and my dear Earthlings around the world. I have become a strong woman ready to keep climbing the ladder of success. I will continue being an agent of change supporting organizations around the world that advocate and raise their voice to act now, because we will not allow for days and years to be wasted on inaction to this existential threat. My duty may be soon over as Miss Earth but my love and my strong will of power will not stop me from being a difference in this world touching peoples lives and walking the straight path.
