While there is no confirmation, but I'm sure that Violetta will participate in the Miss Universe 2018 because she has dual citizenship Spain and Russia, has long moved with her family to live in Spain, knows the Spanish language and the English language, there will be no problem in getting visas in the United States because of the political situation in Russia.
