I cant send Private Message!!!

some of you might received my messages for our Miss Universe 1st Hot Picks because i use the usergroup to send my messages but not all group is available to me

i only have the elite members, founder, and my friends

so they are the only one who received it

i usually send group messages to all of you using the username..i search one by one and add you all.. but it doesnt work right now,, the picture above is the one who appeared... i tried to send only one person but still doesnt work Sad
