Yes, he said Philippines was top 5 for him! He was stationed in the Philippines when he was in the Navy. Maybe she reminded him of someone he once knew? I think he chose Italy because of our heritage. He said Germany looked nice in the evening gown pictures you posted, Del. He also was very interested in Serbia. Finland was his favorite and his personal #1 choice. My Dad has no idea about sash factor and I appreciated his candor! It was funny! I wish he could judge the telecast pageant!
