Mafae Yunon at Mrs. Phils. World

After a strenuous process of straining the Mrs. Philippines applicants, the final 30 have been chosen. The lineup of Mrs. Philippines 2009 candidates have been presented to the media on December 3, 2008 at Fernwood Garden, Quezon City. These lucky married women comes from all walks of life...from plain housewives, to entrepreneurs, educators, corporate managers, athlete, TV hosts, models, to be a beauty title holder. The opportunity that this pageant has presented has truly caught the attention of the married Filipinas who have always dreamed of becoming a full pledged beauty queen. The Mrs. Philippines 2009 candidates will have eventful days ahead of them with their hectic schedule of pre pageant activities comprising of community works (milk feeding, free pregnancy, tests, tree planting, etc.), cooking showdowns, fashion shows and TV guestings. Add to that are the usual swimsuit, talent, Q&A, and evening gown competitions. The coming weeks are probably going to be the most colorful moments in their lives... A great break from their daily routine as wife and mother. A break and opportunity they certainly deserve!

Fellow Filipinos, be one with us in honoring our beloved mothers and wives! Let us be with them in every step of their journey as they go through the Mrs. Philippines 2009 pageant. Catch a glimpse of the Mrs. Philippines candidates at SM Bicutan , SM Sucat, SM Southmall, SM Muntinlupa and Star City. The Mrs. Philippines 2009 pageant will be held on Dec. 17, 2008 at the Aliw Theater, Pasay City. It will be aired at QTV Channel 11 on December 20, 2008 at 9pm to 11pm.
