I disagree with Wojtek. Valerie is beautiful but she reminds me Kaiane Aldorino who was one of the most boring MW ever.

She need to use light lipstick I guess to lessen her hard feature / she will look more mature with red one IMO. But anyway I am happy as new country was crownded Miss World.
