Brenda A. Jiménez (Miss Aguadilla) 1st runner up in MUPR 2016 will now represent the island in Miss Universe 2016, since Khristielee Caride was unexpectedly dethroned today.

Khristielee looks trans to me. She had resemblance with some Pinay transwoman here who went under knife (beautiful Trans) meaning she look like she is a man before (I dont want to be Harsh but Brenda looks better at least

Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2016 dethroned; replacement announced
Kristhielee Caride, Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2016 who had been crowned last november, has been dethroned during a press conference, held on March 17th, 2016. According to reports in Puerto Rican media, the reason of her dismal is that a series of situations compromised the organization(not attending sponsor events that were part of her job description) and that she was rude and arrogant to a journalist during a interview, although she wrote a letter apologizing (on her Facebbok) to the journalist but the Miss Puerto Rico Organization headed by former Miss Universe Puerto Rico Desiree Lowry have made up their mind that Kristhielee will no longer hold the title or represent Puerto Rico at the upcoming Miss Universe pageant.
“Beauty queens are not exempt from having a bad day and yesterday afternoon fell to me, perhaps between personal situations that you may have as a human being and “mortal” I let my feelings antepusieran before me work as Miss Universe Puerto Rico.I want to express my sincere apologies to the journalist Patricia Vargas of El Nuevo Dia, the organization of Miss Universe Puerto Rico and my director Desiree Lowry, all the fans and supporters who give me the strength every day to follow the “universal way “. While it is human to err, it is also courageous to acknowledge mistakes and want to remain an example of a real woman, with purpose that stays with heads held high extolling the Puerto Rican beauty. Thanks to the Miss Universe Organization Puerto Rico who do not hesitate to give me all the tools I need and support every step I’m taking. We follow with great focus and determination, working with more strength and momentum towards Miss Universe 2016. ”

After an extensive analysis, both Lowry and Vigoreaux decided that the best interest was to dismiss Caride, and select a new representative; so they proceeded to present Brenda Jimenez (Miss Aguadilla and 1st runner-up in last year’s pageant) as the new Miss Universe Puerto Rico.
It is the first time in the history of Puerto Rico that the current titleholder is dethroned.
Brenda, the new beauty queen, is 20 years old and stands 1.78 m in height. She is a student of both Biology and Psychology. She will represent Puerto Rico during the Miss Universe 2016 pageant, which according to Lowry will take place in December.
