I think in other countries there is no any problem. But..

Bb. Pilipinas traditionally frowns at ladies with obvious tattoos on any part of their bodies.

I always convincing the handler of Hillarie Parungao to join Bb Pilipinas since its been awhile that we dont have beauty queen titleholder from our province , but they always telling me "She has a tattoo" and there is a need to remove it first before she can join the pageant. So in short you will never win in Bb Pilipinas if you have obvious tattoos

But later she competed in Miss World Philippines instead and won in 2015. The good thing is there is no swimsuit segment in Miss World.

I think her tattoo is at her back?
