There are three interesting details about our next feature for the Bb. Pilipinas watch. First, she is a pageant newbie who has never joined any major beauty contest ever. Secondly, she is an independent applicant who is not affiliated with either A&Q or KF (or JDV for that matter). Thirdly, she is 26 years old and because of that, Bb. Pilipinas 2017 is her last chance to join in the nationals.

Maria Camille Manalo is from Silang, Cavite. She stands 5’9″ and is a Library & Information Science graduate of University of Santo Tomas. A martial arts athlete, she used to be a member of the Philippine National Team in Taekwondo and won a Gold Medal during the 26th SEA Games. Outside of this, she loves hiking , diving and surfing.

I see a lot of potential in Camille. And while this will be her one and only chance to take a chance in becoming a Binibini, I have a feeling the screening committee will show particular interest in her. She has a unique brand of charm once you see her face-to-face.

I am so sad beacause i believe that Nancy has all the packet to win the Miss Universe Philippines title.But i believe too that she haw all the packet to be a very famous model!!!Good luck to her!!!!

When Binibining Pilipinas 2017 is on its way, that’s all you can think of and that’s all you can discuss about. A while ago, former National Director of Miss World Philippines Cory Quirino expressed that Catriona Gray should join the Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant. The beauty queen said that she wants to finish her reign as Miss World Philippines and would like to dedicate her time on her MWP projects for now. She further added, (as translated), "So I'm not going to close the doors on it, but for now I'm asking people to let me rest first. Like I said, I did give so much in Miss World, and I'm going to fulfill my reign.”

"It's not going to be this year .. I really want to fulfill my duties and do as much as I can for my charity and beyond, but yes I'm also open to the opportunity," added Catriona.

At 26, Angelique Celine de Leon has only up to Bb. Pilipinas 2017 as her one final attempt to achieve the pageant glory that has escaped her grasp in 2014 and last year.

And this lovely and articulate lady is being talked about as making the big move to a new camp – from RL to KF, I was told. Are you ready to see her third appearance at the Smart Araneta Coliseum this summer?

I’m game for Angelique de Leon 3.0. She has definitely leveled up from the first to the second. And this year could be her best ever.
