The final screening for Bb. Pilipinas 2009 search was held this afternoon on the same venue at Gateway, the Mandarin Suites.

From the original 170 plus applicants, only 36 were asked to return for final judging. The 6 gruelling hours were filled with pressure and tension among the hopefuls, parents and as well as supporters.

Among those who were asked for final callback today are April Love Jordan, Jaysel Arrozal, Mary Ann Umali, Bianca Manalo, Carieshiela Kaujpers, Cheryl Oliveros, Kimberly Bramdon, Abby Cruz, Zephora Mayon, Bianca Paz, Diana Arevalo, Barbara Salvador, Keanne Mallari, Loraine de Guzman, Rich Asuncion, Sthepanie Sineres, Priscilla Mae Honorio, Melody Gersbach, Giselle Rivamonte, Sandra Siefert, Fianca Cruz, Shayne Dimaapi etc.....

The lucky ones will be informed in few days if they are chosen to be official candidates. The important news is that taking photos was not allowed during the final screening, even the official media partner was not around to take videos of the event. They are going to invite media members on the day of the formal annoucement. Stay tuned for more news and update.
