Brazil capitalized, but she is a loser
More times, not only in Brazil, girls are predicted to be winners, but they only miss.
Isabel's case is one of them:
- before 2008 she was in Top Model contes and lost - not in the world of miss, therefore
- in 2008 she was in Miss Rio de Janeiro Univ and lost
- in 2009 she was in Miss Brazil World (not the same org of Univ) and lost
*Look that at this time she passed in 3 different orgs and lost all
- the Miss Brazil Worl org loved her a lot and give her the Global Beauties prize of Best Face of the world
- at this time she got to a intl pageant, Best Model of the World 2009, and lost. Wasn't, even, a finalist (why this org not invested on her?)
- in 2012 she was back at Miss Rio de Janeiro and made a public protest in Copacabana because she did not win
- in 2014 Isabel was back at Miss Brazil World. And lost. The judges said (we all saw this) that Isabel had to much weight and wasn't prepared. And... she apologized to the org Miss Rio de Janeiro after her protest and got back to Rio de Janeiro. Obvious she lost.
*Look the case: in 2012 she accused the org Miss Rio de Janeiro Univ be rogue and in 2014 she was back, working with the same org
- in 2015, she was in Miss Rio Grande do Sul Univ (she did not know and had never lived in this state. Was indicate by a coordinator of a city. Miss Rio Grande do Sul Univ is said to be the hardest contest in Brazil) and lost. Wasn't, even, in the Top 5.
Isabel is, in contrary of what you said, the most "capitalized girl" in Brazil. She had chances and more chances. During the Miss Rio Grande do Sul she admited: "I realy never was prepared". So... if we look her history, who will we blame for their failure?

She finally won the Miss Rio de Janeiro
She won the Miss Rio de Janeiro on the past week. This was her 4th attempt. She also was a contestant on Miss Rio Grande do Sul 2015.
So, she is now a contestant on Miss Brazil Univ 2017.

But for win the MU is important much more than a story.
