Every Woman In The World
Here are my 10 favorite Miss Universe titleholders (in random order) since I started watching pageants in 1984.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Cecilia Bolocco: I knew she was the winner as soon as they showed her during the parade of nations. The only girl that possibly could have stole the title from her that night was Puerto Rico. But, Cecilia had the whole package. She was full of beauty, wit, and charm.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Dayana Mendoza: She was my favorite from the very beginning. Dayana is beautiful, and definitely, without a doubt, the best Miss Universe from Venezuela to date.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Denise Quinones: She won fair and square. Denise had a beautiful smile, gorgeous hair, and a pretty face. She also answered her question well. Many fans thought Greece should have won and would have chosen her. But, I bet they would have made Denise the first runner-up.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Jennifer Hawkins: She was the winner in a very tough competition. That says something about her.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Angela Visser: I knew she was the winner as soon as they showed her during the parade of nations. She blew the competition to smithereens.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Porntip Nakhirunkanok: This was a year of very weak competition. No one could even come close to her. I said to everyone watching, "If Thailand doesn't win, this thing is fixed."
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Lara Dutta: She was in the spotlight all night long. Her beauty, charm, and well-spoken answers during the interviews made the decision easy. She blocked the other two out of view.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Oxana Fedorova: She is simply a classic beauty. Sash and crown, or not, Oxana will always be Miss Universe to me. It's too bad things didn't work out with her. Don't get me wrong, I loved Justine. And, as beautiful as she was, Oxana blew her away.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Riyo Mori: She was my choices from the onset. And, I don't care what anyone says, I loved her gown. It was full-length and had a nice flowiness to it. Many fans thought Korea should have won. No way, Jose! Riyo had a prettier face and nicer body. She also gave a better answer in the interview segment.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Chelsi Smith: I knew she was the winner at Miss USA from the start. The camera had focused on her just before the parade of nations. I turned to my sister and said, "Forget it. This thing is over. I just saw Miss Texas." As the night went on, I noticed even more how beautiful she was. I said to my sister, "She is really pretty. I bet she wins Miss Universe."

[center]nice list..i agree with many choices....the two i m not fond is Chelsie Smith....always believed Puerto Rico was the best that year} and Denise(yes im greek but not a die hard Evelina fan still though i could see misjudgment all over.......from sc-8,80 by mark anthony- to interviews not letting her complete her answers while denise was allowed to do so).
