My favorite Miss Venezuela ever...

Is the most beautiful woman who has been crowned Miss Venezuela. Carolina was without doubt THE ONE AT THE BEAT when Miss Universe 1992 was held in Thailand, but the destination was not prepared to be Miss Universe, it is now a successful architect based in USA married to a renowned businessman.

Represent it at Amazonas Miss Venezuela 1991, where he won. Also she have the record on be the most Miss Venezuela in have an long reign (18 Months).
