This is sad, I always check the requirements every country since the pandemic. Before, no need for any vaccine certificate entering to the US, however recently they changed their rules. The org needs to be responsible about this. The effort of travelling to the US and getting refused to enter was not a good experience! I hope they will send her next year or to another pageant instead.

it was a recipe for disaster from day one.

Well no surprises there whatsoever...I think probably had more to do with the debacle with Rafaela than anything else. The Organisation should have known about the prerequisites for entering into a foreign country and should have better prepared their candidate, but we are talking about Star Hellas Org so yeh as you said thank God for the new Organisation cause the old one had hit rock bottom years ago!!! I mean forget about covid and that how many withdrawals have we had from MW and MU...it had become so embarrassing for Greece...not to mention the low calibre of contestants. Hopefully things will climb steadily for Greece over the next couple of years!!! Go Sophia..Go Greece...she is so stunning...I am hoping that we can at least penetrate finals (keeping fingers and toes crossed) but of course its all dependant on the prelims...hope she can knock it out of the ball park cause she has the looks and body...hope she can really impress with her other great qualities!!!
