Julia who hails from the South Region was crowned in the early hours of this Saturday morning during the finals of the Miss Cameroon contest in Yaounde.

Introducing Miss World Cameroon 2022

Julia Samantha Edima to represent Cameroon at the 71st Miss World Final
Julia Samantha Edima was elected Miss World Cameroon 2022 at the grand finale held at the Polyvalent Sports Palace in Yaoundé on 7th January. The spectacular final was broadcast live on Canal 2 international to an audience of 1.5 million.
31 contestants competed for the coveted title and chance to succeed Audrey Monkham as the next representative for Cameroon at Miss World.

Julia works as an actress, has a masters degree in Business Communication and is an advocate for mental health. Her ambition is to open a psychiatric centre in support of people with mental health disorders.
Julia will represent Cameroon at the 71st Miss World Final, where reigning Miss World, Karolina Bielawska will crown her successor.
