Amylia Deng (SOUTH SUDAN 2023)

| Amylia Deng (@amylia_deng), 24 years old, 181 cm tall, is the latest crowned queen of Miss Grand South Sudan.



Amylia, as a diplomat, is always motivated by her passion for diplomacy, philanthropy, and the power of education. She witnessed impacts that diplomacy can have on global issues, fueling her desire to bring positive change to her homeland, South Sudan.

Apart from being a diplomat, Amylia is also a philanthropist and an author. Her book, "Even After the Darkest Moments," serves as an inspiring testament to her resilience and determination, aiming to empower others to find hope in any challenges.

She also dedicated her time with educations. With her own organization, she has successfully enrolled 200 underprivileged children back into school. Aiming to transform the lives of orphans and homeless children around the area.

In the Miss Grand International pageant, Amylia Deng wishes to raise awareness towards changes. The changes that she wishes the light to shine on are about the critical need for education and support of orphans and street children. She believes beauty pageant can create such an impact for the issue.
