This photo was published on 14th July, eleven days before the final night. The first Miss Poland ever to come to America for the Miss Universe contest is shown on her arrival at New York by air. She is Alicja Bobrowska, 21, a Warsaw student who is on route to Long Beach, California for the annual competition.
