Tahje Bennett, sponsored by Confidence (@kirkfpltd), was crowned Miss Jamaica World 2024 on Friday, September 6, at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel by Shanique Singh, Miss Jamaica World 2022. The 24-year-old University of the West Indies student is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Law (LLB).

Tahje also won the Beauty with a Purpose fast track and the Multimedia sectional prize tonight. Additionally, she placed in the top three of the Beach Beauty, Top Model, and Sports/Fitness fast track challenges.

Her “Fix Your Crown” foundation, a long-standing project close to her heart, aims to empower women and young girls who have been victims of gender-based violence.

Tahje will proudly represent Jamaica at the 72nd Miss World Festival.
