African Miss of the World 2024: Melissa Sahnouni of Algeria

Melissa Sahnouni of Algeria was crowned last night as African Miss of the World 2024 in Libreville (Gabon), besting 16 finalists from the African continent. Her court includes Sheryll Bouassa of Gabon (1RU) and Genevieve Sayam of Chad (2RU).




At 20 years old, Melissa is a student of Science and Technology and speaks 5 languages, including Turkish and Tamazight. Her other pursuits in life include modeling, acting, Taekwondo and the promotion of education for young girls. Amongst her prizes is a brand new German car offered by sponsors.
