Miss Universe China crowns its second winner in one year!

After crowning @xuhe_hou back in July as the 72nd Miss Universe China, last night, on December 29, the organization crowned their 73rd winner, Xinying Zhu, a vocational student majoring to become a flight attendant

Neither of the two queens has competed at Miss Universe yet, so they are expected to represent China at the next two editions of the international pageant.
