We've all questioned the judges' choice on some delegates chosen as semifinalists. But, what about the award for best national costume? Here are the videos of parade of nations and the winners from the year I started watching pageants (1984). They are followed by my choices, which are based on design, unoriginality, color, and representation. Feel free to express your opinions.
