If you could have another Miss Universe pageant with the contestants being past delegates who didn't advance as far as you think they should have (Those in the top 15 that didn't make the top 10. Those in the top 10 that didn't make the top 5 (or 6 as the case may be). Those that didn't make the top 3 (if the case may be), which delegates would you choose? You can have up to 50. But, they can't be any of the runner-ups.

uhm i want miss sri lanks 2006 to enter the semis as well as miss philippines 2000, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2009....
