Meet the contestants for Miss World Canada

The canadian committee in charge of selecting the canadian representative to Miss World is now being held by Upstage This! Productions. The pageant will be held in Vancouver, from May 3-7, 2010. Lena Ma, who was Miss World Canada 2009 and Miss World 2009 4th runner-up, was therefore the last Miss World Canada selected by the organisation run by Connie Fitzpatrick, Jimmy Steele and others, located in Toronto...those who produced winners like Nazanin Afshin-Jam (1st runner up MW 2003) and Ramona Amiri (semifinalist in MW2005), among others. Hopefully the new franchise holder will produce amazing winners and potential Miss Worlds.

Thats right folks. You can now meet the contestants that are vying for the title of Miss World Canada 2010. At this point, we can only see their pictures, but im hoping we'll be able to read their bios soon and see more of them.

Don't be sorry "Italy", I totally agree with you...the pictures look cheap and we can't even find out more about the girls on that website, there is no bio, no other pictures, nothing at all...well so far......Im not feeling that change of franchiseholder...the last one had a much better website and was phenomenal even though their last 2 picks (Leah Ryerse and Lena Ma) were not great facially, Lena went on to finish as the 4th runner up...Anyhow, we shall see who wins in a few days.
