Shandi is my favorite Queen of all times, and in my very personal opinion she should've won the MU 2004 title. Still I find Jennifer beautiful, but I do prefer SHANDI overall.

I watched the contest Miss USA 2004 with involving Shandi Finnessey, for me it was the best and my favorite, until not appeared on the stage of Miss Universe, but it is strange that not very well made. And I like how she made at the Miss USA 2004 than at Miss Universe....

During the most watched "Miss USA" competition in six years, all-American blonde Shandi Finnessey was crowned Miss USA in 2004. Born June 9, 1978 in Florissant, MO, Finnessey parlayed her pageant success into hosting two game shows on the Game Show Network - "Lingo" (2002- ) with Chuck Woolery and "Playmania" (2006- ). Finnessey had enough of a following to earn a spot in the celebrity lineup for the fourth season of "Dancing with the Stars" (ABC, 2005- ). She wore the same gown she wore in Miss USA 2004 at the Preliminary competition of Miss Universe.
I just cant understand why she change it with that almost mermaid looking gown during the finals.
