Miss Finland has changed her National Costume ! Cant post the picture, since it's only available in print, and I can't scan it. It's pretty much the same model as the previous one, but shift dry indigo blue, floatier material, and with some bling. Not crazy dramatic, but so much better than her old gown. Kudos to Pia for having guts to do what no other Miss has ever done in Finland (changing an obviously bad dress)!
