For me the best choice now is Carlina Duran (Carola) Miss La Vega, she is another tall girl 6'0", but if she wins she needs to get in shape meaning tone her whole body, fix her teeth, smile, etc. Still will have plenty of time (8 months) to do it in Magaly Febles hands. Yildry, I will place her as 1st runner-up.

The pageant will be held next Tuesday April 17th, at 8:00 PM at THE JARAGUA HOTEL RENNAISSANCE & SPA in Santo Domingo, DR

There will be a Top-16
The winner will got to Miss Universe 2012
1st Runner up will go to Miss Continente Americano 2012
2nd Runner up will go to Miss Reina Hispanoamericana 2012
3rd Runner up will got to Miss Intercontinental 2012

And the rest of the semi-finalists will complete the Top-16.

Leila Lopes just arrived to Dominican Republic, here with Magaly Febles. Leila will be one of the judges tomorrow. Just Like Ximena Navarrete did last year at MDRU 2011.

There are big rumors that Dulcita Lieggi Miss Distrito Nacional will win the crown tonite (she paid for it) I hope this is not true, because Magaly will lose all credibility. Evil or Very Mad

Since the Dominican Rep. Prime Minister Miguel-23 has been absent from the forum for a long time, I decided to began the Road to MDRU 2012 on September 2011. I just want to say that I've enjoyed it very much and giving you guys all the updates were my pleasure, Also I would like to thank our dear Bonner for his contribution in this thread.
