After all Susmita is a smart woman, she must have realised that her business "I AM SHE" is going down because of the bad choices of winners!
I found the first winner Ushoshi cute but last year's girl... honestly I don't know what they were thinking!!!

I really liked Shamata Anchan and Himakshi Agarwala from Femina Miss India 2012, I really hope they will join IamShe!
Do you have any idea about possible candidates??

they can't join till 3 years they have a contract with femina .Last year's winner was really unexpected too everyone & hope third time India gets lucky -ds90-

I AM She Org announced the all important dates for the pageant here is the schedule :-
Press Conference 1st week of June 2012
Auditions:Mid June 2012
Training:2 week of July 2012
Finale:28th July 2012
Coronation Ball:29th July 2012

don't have high hopes the turn around hasn't been good & so are the girls who have applied for it . If she selects a stunner it will be the most amazing to happen to Indian pageantry after the year 1994

Also at the auditions was the pretty and cherubic Dia Mirza who, as a judge, helped Sushmita narrow down the entries to the final twenty girls.

I AM She Auditions 2012
The 27th of August witnessed the I AM She auditions 2012 at the Tantra Entertainment office in Mumbai. Our shortlisted contestants were bursting with energy and excitement. We extend our gratitude to them, for giving their professional best at the auditions.

The I AM She team has been prepping for this for the last 3 months. Finally, we have the privilege of announcing the destination partners, who have offered a beautiful location for the training and finale with the Top 20 contestants. The girls will be put up at Leonia Holistic in Hyderabad.

In the first week of September, we will be announcing the Top 20. Only the Top 20 contestants will be notified.
