Have you Exercised today?

Today was circuit abs and circuit strength training! Tomorrow, more abs and maybe yoga or a cardio circuit!

My daily lifestyle is difference from the common lifestyle of a person...

I dont go exercise

but i can control my body if i want to lose weight or gain weight...

anyway i love walking.... as far as 10km???

I do power yoga every day for 1 hour it makes me feel fresh and fit

I believe walking is one of the best forms of exercise there is. Your entire body is in motion and almost all muscles are used one way or another!

I like power yoga too--it will get you good results!

My only physical exercise is the one i do at school with a terribly austere female teacher once/twice a week
Last summer i used to go to the gym,as i'm quite thin but since school began i do not have much free time to do it..

i know what is have a terrible austere female teacher i have a female like that in math good luck

my exercises walk in the street or drive i'm training forthe final exam. yesit's just driving but sometimes it's a bit stressing and it's makes you tiring.
