Could be, but PR is a territory of the US and not a state, still are an independent country not like Alaska and Hawaii that are states. Guam is also a US territory but still an independent country and it would be silly also to place it in North America......... Smile

If its divided only into North and South America then it belongs to northern part. For example Poland is in central Europe but at MW was in Northern Europe Razz
