Ι think she is  swollen cause all the surgery she had! The swelling will be gone after a while...but she did a horrible mistake!

I think her face looks diffrent because of that unnecessary nose job (Osmel, you should burn in hell for that!   ), but she's also gained on weight, so her face is  more chubby now. 'Correcting' her nose was a big mistake, but if they continue to go with the path of a plastic surgery (hope they won't   ), they'll ruin her beauty completely and turn her to another living mannequin
