It can't start then

Cause it's 11.OO eastern time for USA and in Finland it's seven seven hours ahead, so it's 6pm for Finland, so 8pm for Moscow...

So 5pm for Central Europe then

Maybe in that link there is some preshow before the prelims. Question

I agree that this Top 16 is horrible, but the winner of GB's final leader board always gets jinxed and usually misses the Top 5
