Road to Miss Intercontinental 2014 ♔

The 43rd edition of Miss Intercontinental, will be held in November or December 2014. The event will be attended by more than 60 candidates from different countries and autonomous territories that will compete for the title. Ekaterina Plekhovaal of Russia will crown her successor the end of the event.

Fjollza Avdiu, 17, 173cm, was the 1st ru in the Miss Deutschland 2014 contest. She will represent Germany at the Miss Intercontinental 2014 final.

"Dear All, we regret to inform the following which we received from the company JORDAN PROJECT OF TOURISM DEVELOPEMENT: Due to the current unforeseen political circumstances in the region in general and particularly in Jordan, and taking into serious consideration the fact that the local authorities have announced and adopted strict precautionary measures to secure safety and security on a national level. In addition, the majority of embassies in Jordan have informed their citizens with strict instructions to take the highest level of precautions and measures to secure safety. Nevertheless the Jordanian authorities are still interested in holding the Miss Intercontinental pageant however, at a different date when security of the contestants and the attendees can be guaranteed; therefore, we find ourselves obligated to adopt one of two choices: either to cancel the event or postpone it to another date to be agreed upon between WBO and JPTD and approved by the Jordanian authorities.
