Chanel Beckenlehner of Caledon, Ontario was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2014 in Toronto on May 24th. She will compete in Miss Universe 2014 pageant whose date and venue have not yet been confirmed. Her court includes 1st runner-up Keshia Papasin, 2nd runner-up Lauren Howe, 3rd runner-up Sarah Ainsley, and 4th runner-up Nicole Lacz. Beckenlehner represented Canada at the 2009 Miss International where she landed in the top 15.

Indeed....but from the very weak batch we had, she is actually a good choice..she's a pretty girl, great body, she has some experience in pageants...we'll see how she will fare in MU.

I agree, she is a good choice! And I was almost convinced they'd choose her because of her experience. I think she's very pretty, she simply has to keep it down a bit...
