Tourism Minister Michel Pharaon drew on Tuesday the name of the first runner-up Cynthia Samuel to represent Lebanon at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant.Samuel was chosen by lot seemingly since for the first time in the history of Miss Lebanon pageant, two ladies, Jocelyne Mosleh and Cynthia Samuel, got the title of first runner -up after attaining the same marks by the jury.
