This 5'11 lady from San Leonardo,Nueva Ecija might give another shot in Bb Pilipinas for the second time around.

Kenneth is under John Dela Vega Camp.

Laura Lehmann - Bb Pilipinas 2014 1st Runner Up

Laura is smart classy responsible reliable and ambitious with an outgoing personality

I am expecting her to compete maybe next year however Arnold Mercado of Aces & Queens posted a teaser of a Facebook update where his only caption of the photo of Laura Lehmann went like: “Are you ready for @iamlauralehmann?“

Laura posted a photo in her Instagram account and facrbook – the one where she was awarded 1st Runner-Up last April 2014 with the caption: “Missing Pageants”.

Very likely Laura Lehman might finally comeback this year for the second time around!

Note: Laura Lehman is my Miss Universe Philippines in 2014. If she will comeback then she might be my Miss Universe Philippines 2017 (But I need to see the official candidates first)

At 26, Angelique Celine de Leon has only up to Bb. Pilipinas 2017 as her one final attempt to achieve the pageant glory that has escaped her grasp in 2014 and last year.

And this lovely and articulate lady is being talked about as making the big move to a new camp – from RL to KF, I was told. Are you ready to see her third appearance at the Smart Araneta Coliseum this summer?

I’m game for Angelique de Leon 3.0. She has definitely leveled up from the first to the second. And this year could be her best ever.

Rossette Joyce Tayam is a relatively familiar face in national beauty competitions. She was part of two separate pageants – one during Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015 where she represented Olongapo and the second one last year when she joined Miss World Philippines.

This year, Rossette Joyce will be doing the biggest cross-over when she screens for Bb. Pilipinas 2017 by the last week of February. It took her quite some time to reach the decision of doing the move to file her application at the BPCI office, and is hopeful that she will make the cut to become an official Binibini soon.

Rumor says Kimberly Pajares sister of Dindi Pajares will also try Binibining Pilipinas 2017. In 2011 sister's Sarah And Eliabeth Clenci made it into the final roster as well. Are we going to see another sisters in the roster of Bb Pilipinas 2017?

There are three interesting details about our next feature for the Bb. Pilipinas watch. First, she is a pageant newbie who has never joined any major beauty contest ever. Secondly, she is an independent applicant who is not affiliated with either A&Q or KF (or JDV for that matter). Thirdly, she is 26 years old and because of that, Bb. Pilipinas 2017 is her last chance to join in the nationals.

Maria Camille Manalo is from Silang, Cavite. She stands 5’9″ and is a Library & Information Science graduate of University of Santo Tomas. A martial arts athlete, she used to be a member of the Philippine National Team in Taekwondo and won a Gold Medal during the 26th SEA Games. Outside of this, she loves hiking , diving and surfing.

I see a lot of potential in Camille. And while this will be her one and only chance to take a chance in becoming a Binibini, I have a feeling the screening committee will show particular interest in her. She has a unique brand of charm once you see her face-to-face.

Catriona Gray speaks up on joining Bb Pilipinas 2017

When Binibining Pilipinas 2017 is on its way, that’s all you can think of and that’s all you can discuss about. A while ago, former National Director of Miss World Philippines Cory Quirino expressed that Catriona Gray should join the Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant. Cory said that Catriona can be the next Pia Wurtzbach. She could win the Philippines’ 4th Miss Universe crown.

Cory’s comment gave rise to speculation regarding Catriona’s participation at the Bb Pilipinas pageant this year. And everybody was waiting for a confirmation from Catriona’s end. The Miss World Philippines 2016 has finally spoken up on the rumours surrounding her participation at the Bb Pilipinas. Catriona Gray said there are good chances of her participating and that she is keeping the options open, but not for this year.

The beauty queen added that she is overwhelmed with the response. Catirona added that she is flattered and grateful that everyone believes in her, but for now she wants to give it all a rest. The beauty queen said that she wants to finish her reign as Miss World Philippines and would like to dedicate her time on her MWP projects for now. She further added, (as translated), "So I'm not going to close the doors on it, but for now I'm asking people to let me rest first. Like I said, I did give so much in Miss World, and I'm going to fulfill my reign.”

"It's not going to be this year .. I really want to fulfill my duties and do as much as I can for my charity and beyond, but yes I'm also open to the opportunity," added Catriona.
