Eurovision Song Contest 2018 - ISRAEL WINS !!!

The Eurovision Song Contest 2018 will be the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It will take place for the first time in Portugal, following the country's first victory at the 2017 contest in Kiev with the song "Amar pelos dois", performed by Salvador Sobral. The contest will comprise two semi-finals and a final scheduled to be held in May 2018.

Belarus and Hungary...hmmm EBU juries seem to ignore Hungary every single year!
Bulgaria...if they buy a Swedish song again...they will propably have the jury vote, EBU seems to favor them at this point so it's very possible!!
PS:It just hit me...2005 Greece, 2006 Finland...both flags:blue and white!

PS:It just hit me...2005 Greece, 2006 Finland...both flags:blue and white!
In 2014 Hungary was 4th in juries voting, in televoting just 10th so not every single year
This year they were 7th in juries voting in the semi and 17th in the final, we polish can only dream about it!
2007-2008 Serbia and Russia both white-blue-red

I said mostly. Lucas or Grande Amore are among few exceptions.
There is no Blackbird in the video. They were not in the final got just 10 points of difference between televoting and jury voting...
Italy was more favored by jury in general. Just Grande Amore was killed by jury.
It's mostly Poland and cheap songs from Romania.

Kasia Moś (2017) is participating in polish "Your face sounds familiar"
Michał Szpak (2016) is one of the judge in "The voice of Poland'
btw. Marcelina Zawadzka (top 16 at Miss Universe 2012) is the presenter there
Cleo (2014) became very famous singer. Before ESC she wasn't well-known.
She participated also in "Dancing with the stars" and ended on 3rd place

On 24 May 2017, IPBC applied to join the European Broadcasting Union. The application process is expected to be completed in December 2017, which may not allow Israel to have enough time to prepare an entry.
