Yes, actually Finnish is very difficult to pronounce for foreigners. They say Finnish language is the second most difficult languages in the world, right after Chinese. It's very difficult to be fluent in Finnish unless you are Finnish or born in Finland. The pronounciation is one difficult thing to learn, the other one is the grammar.

We have at least 170 languages in the Philippines and Ilokano is a language. A dialect is a variation of the language (e.g. Tagalog Batangas and tagalog Quezon).
