Miss Ireland 120 Challenge Event:
This year brings a new addition to our series of challenge events with the introduction of the ‘120 Challenge’.
This challenge involves public speaking to highlight our finalists' own charities and causes that are important to them within 120 seconds.
Our finalists were broken into teams with judges selecting a winner from each team round that then would have to discuss topics chosen at random from a list provided to them 24 hours earlier.
Our judges where so impressed with the standard and various topics that it resulted in a tie for 3rd place with 4 finalists becoming our very first finalists of ‘The 120 challenge’
The four finalists are
Miss Galway Pamela Uba
Miss Offaly Tierna Maguire
Miss Cork Zoe Hendrick
Miss Meath Caoimhe Gibney
The overall winner will be announced at the final of Miss Ireland 2021.
Well done to all our finalists and congratulations to the top four.

for their time and the experience

Pamela Uba is Miss Ireland 2021
The Medical Scientist was crowned Miss Galway just three days before the country went into lockdown in 2020 and then spent majority of her reign working on the front line at Galway University Hospital.
Pamela grew up in direct provision after moving to Ireland with her family from South Africa when she was just eight years old. Today, a very proud Irish Citizen and a graduate of Trinity College with a master’s degree in clinical chemistry, Pamela hopes to use her Miss Ireland title to represent a more diverse Island on the world stage and believes education is a superpower.
She will represent Ireland and take part in the 70th Miss World festival which will take place in the stunning Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico in December this year.
