Can You Azra AKIN be an inspiration for Miss Turkey candidates?

Can Azra Akın, who gave a pep talk to Turkish female candidates who will compete in Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss Supranational competitions, be a source of inspiration for Turkish girls?  In the last 10 years, Turkey has not had a significant success in the world's major competitions.

Beauty pageants are not popular in Turkey.  Even miss turkey social media account does not have enough followers, adequate training courses are not available to prepare for major competitions  many candidates do not prepare for the competitions adequately, their aim is to participate in the competition, even if they do not win, they make an agreement with a few sponsors in turkey, their aim is not to win the competition, but to enter the competition.  they don't enter big competitions with the ambition to win,   they have poor adequate stage performance, they do not have the necessary skills for outfit design, costume preparation, social skills  
 When girls participate in international competitions, it is not important to win, it is enough to have enough followers on social media, to find a few sponsors in Turkey, shampoo advertisements, etc. 
I have been following the social media accounts of the candidates in turkey for the last few years, most of them don't care about the competitions, if they find a sponsor or take part in a TV series in turkey, it is enough.

In summary, I have to state that Turkish girls will never be able to win unless they have the ambition and enthusiasm to win while participating in the competition and they do not get enough stage performance.
