Miss Grand Puerto Rico 2023 is Maria Cristina Ramos (@cristiramospr)
27 years old, 179 cm tall from Caguas Puerto Rico. She is a professional model, athlete and has a degree in Public Relations. María Cristina is fluent in Spanish and English. She also studies American Sign Language and Portuguese. Her passion for sports highlighted her in basketball for more than 10 years and she also loves Salsa dance.Her desire to help the community and those who need it most has driven her to volunteer for American Cancer Association, Puerto Rican Down Syndrome Foundation and Muscular Dystrophy Association in Puerto Rico. She currently focuses on empowering girls and young women through sports, using her life experience as an example.
