Miss Universe 2024 is the 73rd edition of the Miss Universe pageant, to be held in Mexico. After the competition, Sheynnis Palacios of Nikaragwa will crown her successor as Miss Universe 2024.

Location and date of competition
On 18 November 2023, at the height of the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, Mexican businessman Raúl Rocha Cantú announced that the 73rd edition of Miss Universe would take place in Mexico. This is the fifth time Miss Universe has been held in Mexico; Miss Universe was held in the country in 1978, 1989, 1993, and 2007.
