I present to you some of the best and worst gowns in Miss Universe history, starting with the year 1984.

Best: Sweden (I love the full length. And, the white dress with the blond hair is beautiful. She looks like a descendant of heaven.) USA (You can't go wrong with white.) Netherlands (Black is the right color for that dress, and I love the gloves.)
Worst: Philippines (What the hell is she wearing? It looks like a shower curtain.)

2007 Best: Brazil, Tanzania, Japan (I know many of you didn't like her gown, but I loved it. It was retro of the 1980s. I loved the full length and the flowiness.)

2008 Best: Italy Worst: Venezuela (color), Dominican Republic (too revealing), Mexico, Colombia (Had it been silver, black, or any other decent color, I would have loved it.)

Obviously I disagree, and it's not JUST because I think Milka Chulina is the greatest contestant of all time in any beautypageant, but
becaus NO ONE in this Universe could work that gown like Milka Chulina did cheers
