its better to be straightforward regarding your likes and dislikes,i agree with Anja. Dear F,we cant like anyone and its normal for people to express it(and i believe they did in the right way ). If Sandra wins that will give people a "lesson"? I doubt it will, likes and dislikes will remain.

Sure we have different tastes in beauty and I find Sandra beautiful as I have seen her in person already but having said that, I still DO NOT WANT SANDRA to win. The Philippines as a pageant nation have had enough of bashing. And why is this such a BIG DEAL for me? It's because Filipinos in general are very sensitive people. We can't be too straightforward. We're too careful not to hurt the feelings of other people BUT WE CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH! If we loose our patience, we can be your worst enemy or basher as well.

I guess people should start understanding that Miss Earth is different from MU, MW or MI. This pageant doesn't really just focus on physical beauty. Very 80's, eh? I sure want Miss Earth to be as flashy as MU and as grand as MW but doesn't the uniqueness of each pageant makes the pageant world exciting?

As a Filipino, I also do not want Sandra to win. Back-to-back victory for Philippine-owned pageant held in the Philippines! It would be like But "WHAT IF" Sandra penetrates the Top 4? I know for a fact that she is one smart girl. Will Ms. Lorraine Schuck instruct the judges not to let Sandra win?

You are right! We should all prepare to survive if Sandra wins!

you cant be serious.......i dont understand why this should concern anyone in here.Its every year the same old stuff...like a gum someone refuses to get out of his mouth...how sensitive you can get,how you don't want to get into peoples feelings not to hurt them but on the same time u can get back to them like a chacal to the wounded animal. A bad written repetitive soap opera.....generalizations,generalizations generalizations like you are the only nation in the world with those elements and people alone with those characteristics don't exist regardless of their nation. The ultimate alibi. And what i wont ever comprehend is the big talk,the pageant nation....where people go to church to pray for a spot in Miss Universe for Bianca Manalo... the fighters of the bashers of the holly beauties.....its your thing,live with it,love it,hate it,but dont through it into my face cause it doesn't concern me.You know something i had enough of this flavor. This aint the place for anyone to get sympathy,this aint a combat territory and if you perceive it as one drop your weapons cause they are shooting blanks.
