The winner of Miss Kyrgyzstan 2011, Nazir Nurzhanov, will not participate in Miss World 2011 after differences between the national director of Miss World in Kyrgyzstan and the organizers of the Miss Kyrgyzstan 2011 pageant. The pageant was plagued by irregularities during the judging process.
The national director will stage another pageant this summer to select the Miss World 2011 representative from Kyrgyzstan.
