Miss Italia 2010 depressed and put on weight

Winning a beauty contest should traditionally change women's life in a better way,gaining celebrity and popular attentions. The story of reigning Francesca Testasecca,Miss Italia 2010,tell us that being beautiful and becoming your country's "most beautiful" girl should be a dream,but not here.

The title is still hers,but many rumours circulated that she could lose it because of her shocking and incredible gain of weight. Despite remaining the gorgeous woman she's always been,her health conditions got worse: Francesca had and still has to fight against hormone inbalances wich made her increase fastly weight. This doesn't finish here,though: All this caused a terrible depression. She was supported by family,but her boyfiriend decided to break the relationship,as usually happens,even though this time it was not the Miss who had left him.

But she still wants to reach her dreams and become a successful actress. Do you find her beautiful yet?

ohlalala there were many beauty queens who gain weight really..they are still humans ,she still miss italia no matter what she looks now...

Exactly,but a lot of people complain that something like this should've happened once her reign was over..Anyway,i still love Francesca.

If what you say it's true and she's got some serious health problems then I wish her all the best and lot of strenght to find the right therapy. I think this is not easy with hormons. Many people gain weight due to hypothereosis and it takes a lot of time to get it settled. Depression is another symptom. All the best to Francesca!

I welcome the idea to have the first plus size Miss!!!

She is still very pretty. One cannot help what the body does with hormones, etc. Now, if she could not control her appetite and chose not to work out, I would feel differently. She has a health problem and should not be criticized for something she can't control.
