Johanna Sansano (21, 1.74m, Gustavia) is the first ever Miss Monde Saint Barthélemy 2011. She will represent Saint Barthélemy in Miss World 2011 in London, England on November 6.

Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean about 250 km east of Puerto Rico. It is the wealthiest island in the region and a hot spot for celebrities. It is an overseas collectivity of France.

It was part of Guadeloupe along with Saint-Martin until 2007. The islanders voted on a referendum and decided to stop being a commune of Guadeloupe and seceded forming a separate entity.

I live in Puerto Rico and never heard of it, too many islands in the Caribbean Region.
