I didn't follow the pageant at all, but Im glad that Ecuador won (I would have been happy to see any country capturing its first title). I was pleased to see Sweden and Slovenia in the top16...Slovenia, in my opinion, had one of the prettiest faces in the whole competition. I am extremely pissed off and disgusted that Czech Republic, who was in my opinion one of the other very few gorgeous girls, was left out. The same happened in 2009 even tho she had the best face in the whole competition. I am also disgusted that Miss Philippines made it to the top16,let alone the top 8 and top4. Fans always say that its a different type of pageant and the focus is not only on beauty...granted, but at the end of the day, there is a NC parade, swimsuit and EG competitions...this is a beauty pageant and girls should be beautiful and beauty should also be the focus to a certain extent. Athena is not that pretty and not the most beautiful Filipina around (as we all know, we've seen gorgeous girls from the Philippines and she's not one of them). If she was in the same league as Shamcey Supsup, Diane Necio, Sandra Seifert, etc...then her placement would have been justified, but in this case, NO. Miss Earth has lost of its very little credibility to me. The organization seems to be very amateur and biased.

Anyhow, good job Ecuador....sweeping two titles in one year, thats amazing :-)

It's Ecuador's year! The winner is pretty,but the results are overall horrible.

I must say it was a god production this year of Miss Earth! And to think they only had a month to put it together??

The top 8 is a different story-seems they always like Brazil and Bosnia-H...?

Well-Olga wasn´t the most beautiful of them all, but she showed carisma and enthusiasm on stage. Both Brazil and Venezuela looked disapointed after their anouncement.

Liked the hosts, stage and performance-it was a really good show I think!

Only wish Sweden, Slovenia would make it to top 8-top 4. And Hungary and Czech of course...and Puerto Rico´, but...

Can´t have it all I guess. Renate took Swedens second semi-finalistplace uptil now so that`s good:D!!
