Rosarita Tawill NOT will competing in Miss Unverse 2009 as well. Aparentely the Miss Universe.ORG dont was acept her because her reign year was OVER.
Rosarita has said (by her own mouth) in the Miss Lebanon 2009 that she will not be sent to Miss Universe 2009, and the new Miss Lebanon will be sent instead.
Really she was upset by that decition.
