Stephany Giraldo Pino, Señorita Cesar 2012-2013 was appointed to represent Colombia in Miss Intercontinental 2013, later this year 
she was one of my favorites at Señorita Colombia last year so I couldn't be more excited about this

Apparently she's not Miss Colombia Intercontinental 
but, she has a wonderful replacement who will do very well at Miss Interncontinental 
any guesses?
