was crowned Miss Europe June 28, 1958 in Istanbul, Turkey, where the representative of Austria had the better of the fifteen contestants in the competition.

Previously, the model was also elected Miss Austria 1958. Participation Johanna Ehrenstrasser representing Austria was also provided for the Miss Universe 1958 but victory in the Miss Europe precluded the opportunity to participate in other competitions.
